Subsequently, is proposed a qualitative and analytical study about here the sources published in regional and national newspapers in which news appears nursing.Results: A total of 235 news were selected and analyzed.After analysis of their content, eight categories that help explain the reflected image of nursing in the press emerged.Discussion / Conclusions: In general, the image is transmitted in the press is the image of someone with a secondary role associated with another profession, without responsibility, autonomy or ability in decision process.
